VII. Virtual Items

Virtual items are non-refundable and subject to certain conditions.

Virtual Items do not incur fees for non-use; however, the license granted to you in Virtual Items will terminate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, on the earlier of when euroamore.com ceases providing our Services, or your account is otherwise closed or terminated.

euroamore.com shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that euroamore.com exercises any such rights. The transfer of Virtual Items is prohibited, and you shall not sell, redeem, or otherwise transfer Virtual Items to any person or entity. Virtual Items may only be redeemed through our Services.

VIII. Cancellation and withdrawal

For Guest/ Free member account, you may cancel at any time by sending an email to [email protected].

For  members who paid a subscription package or credits, cancellation can be done in the first 14 days from the date of transaction, without penalty, according EU refund law. If a member consumed credits from bought package, can no longer exercise the right to refund.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you confirmation via e-mail. In order to ensure that the withdrawal notification is received within the correct time frame, please ensure that all documentation is sent and received within the 14 days withdrawal period directly following the initiation of your contract.

For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
